We just checked out of our cando this is a very nice place our host was very kind and nice the Cando had everything we needed she even left us snacks and a bottle of wine For us. Yes this is an old building but it's the best one we have stayed at by far. It may be a 3 star hotel but we give it a 5star we loved our stay very cleaned and nice place and we felt very safe at the place for our children.!
The location was great. The room was beautiful, clean and comfy. Our view was amazing to see sunrise. Can sleep 4. It had a cute kitchen stocked with the essentials like cookware, serveware and appliances including blender, microwave, toaster and stovetop. There were books and games available for use in the room. Beach and pool access is very accessible. You are literally a few steps away from beach. Will definitely stay again.
It is directly beachside. The pool is new. Rooms are individually owned and some are rented through sites. Some people love there.
Nice clean facility of independently owned and rented condos. Your room experience will vary. The facility has added night security that did a great job keeping the place secure. The one criticism is the weird early chaining of gates. All gates in the facility have locks and no where is it posted the times the extra lock starts. Could pose a safety risk for those attempting to re enter the facility from the beach during a night walk. While this could keep the facility more secure, the whole facility is readily accessible on two levels as the elevators don't always sit behind a locked door.
We stayed 5 days and didn't want to leave. For the money it's hard to go wrong. Directly on the beach, easy parking and a pool. We did notice many homeless people around, and the building is far from new but our unit was clean, very nicely remodeled and well stocked with everything we needed. The owner, Gene, was very responsive and easy to reach by phone and email.
Great location and well kept. It’s a classic property that is value priced for that reason. Ocean front for a great deal. The view is amazing.
The place we rented was great, small but it was pretty decent for our small family. The place does have public beach access and does have few shady people that pop up. Other then that it was a great stay and you can walk to almost everything.
The room was clean and spacious. All information about the site was conveyed well and the location was easy to find. Plus, it's right on the beach. Would recommend it to friends. The only reason I didn't give it a five-star was because our beds were incredibly uncomfortable so make sure to plan for that if you don't like hard spring mattresses
